make a way to change the default paper size. Currently the default is Letter but in the UK most printers default to A4 paper size, and this often causes print jobs to fail.

Use regional settings from Windows Control Panel

Make use of the default number, currency, long & short date/time formats as setup in the Windows Control Panel. Especially for the entry of dates, and for default formatting of these types of information.

Search for cliparts.

Right now you can only browse through categories of folders for cliparts. It'd be much easier to type to search for them!

When scrolling through the fonts - the program only shows "some" of the fonts as wysiwyg - why not all? Also, I see at every given opportunity this program wants to take over my fully licensed copy of MS OFFICE 2010 - how many times do I have to...

Nitpicking ftw: Misspelling. In Writer > Tools > Options > Edit, the last entry under AutoCorrect says 'Auot-adjust the space format...'

give something different: adding 3d charts and custom characters for series data labels wud be useful and something different than other spreadsheet softwares

very common office package features, however everything worked fine. Just add something special.
